• The customer must comply with all our security protocols, without exceptions.​

• We keep our clients, sources and agents in the strictest confidence.​

• Client and Agency will have a unique email and password where conversations must be saved in the draft folder, read and deleted.This way, there is no email transmission, ensuring greater security.​

• If necessary, we can schedule a personal visit in France, Spain or  Portugal  without any commitment to hire.

• Visits outside the European continent will incur a travel cost of 3,000 euros for air tickets, accommodation and transport. This amount is not refundable in case of non-contracting.​

• The in-person meeting must be in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. If the client does not speak one of these languages, we will bring an interpreter we trust.​

• The meeting will be in a public and neutral location and chosen by the agent who will serve you.

• All contracted services must be paid for half the agreed amount at the beginning and half at the end.​

• There is the possibility of providing permanent services with monthly payments.
